SCORE Ann Arbor was founded in 2000 as Chapter 655. We are an active chapter and have more than 20 volunteer professionals. The counselors of SCORE Ann Arbor are experienced business owners and managers who volunteer their experience and knowledge to help potential and existing small business owners achieve success.

Client service is the objective of SCORE Ann Arbor and our volunteer business counselors are dedicated to providing the best possible service. Face-to-face or online, the counselors of SCORE Ann Arbor are able and willing to aid in the success of small businesses. SCORE counselors provide you with in-depth, industry-specific business assistance to help evaluate a business idea or plan, stimulate business growth and ensure long-term stability.

Our mentors bring experience in dozens of industries, including restaurants, hospitality, manufacturing, internet, mobile devices, nonprofits, real estate, human resources, food and beauty products, and government contracting. Get all the help you need to launch or support an existing business, along with tools and local resources.

We provide:

  • Volunteer MENTORS who share their expertise across many industries
  • Free, confidential business mentoring in person, via email or by video
  • Free business TOOLS, templates, and tips here online
  • Inexpensive or free business WORKSHOPS (locally) and webinars (online 24/7)
